public class IDGeneratorServiceFactory
extends GeneralServiceClassFactory

This is used to make id generator services in a memory economical way. Right now this class is empty but exists for future extensibility, in case IDGeneratorServiceFactory needs properties that aren't addressed in GeneralServiceClassFactory.
